Thank you only had my s type since the weekend and love it , iv always been a Volvo man but always deep down wanted a big jag.

Do you know if there are any meets this year ? I wouldn't mind seeing other peoples a types and other jags

I tried to orgnaise a meet for the 5th October at Gaydon -- Car Heritage museum -- but there was little interest.

 

I wil try again for Easter.

I'm going there tomorrow is it good ? Well if you arrange something I will come and my dad has an kxr sure he would be intrested

I have actually never been there,  Luke, but I did research it for a meet and it looked good.

 

I looked for an S type and got his one while enquiring about another.  It had not been advertised.

I would have popped over for a couple of hours had I known earlier that you were planning a trip into the Midlands, but I had made other arrangements for today.

 

But enjoy the day and the drive across.  It is great for us Jaguar lovers to see some young men enjoying cars like the S type.

I went to Gaydon today well worth a trip , I have added photos to my albums , I also went to the Coventry transport musseum on the way and that is also worth a look

Just checked and its a 340 mile round trip for me - if I arranged a courier would it be possible for you to bubble wrap them or stick cardboard around them - no courier will transport 'bare' alloys - happy to pay  you a bit more
