Steaming up

Now winter is setting in I have the problem of my S type windscreen steaming up as soon as I start the engine,It seams its a common problem on Jags and I have came across many fixes, but before I start pulling the car apart I thought I would ask if any of you had and fixed this problem, it only takes a minute to clear with the a/c on and its not using any water.

I just press the defrost button, David, and it is gone in less than 30 seconds. I then switch Auto on plus the front and rear heaters, and job done.  I have always thought it was efficient, although I do come from the era when a tea towel to wipe the from and rear screens was de rigeur.

Yes I done a search on this topic and I see its a common problem, but as you say Peter its only about 30 seconds and its gone, so I will leave my spanners in the tool box.
