just replaced battery in fob I understand I have to re program any one know how new owner still finding my way round

Welcome to the Club, Colin.

 

You should not have to reprogram after a battery change unless the battery has been out for a long time.

 

If it is not working then you will have to find a local dealer or an independent Jaguar specialist, which could be cheaper than a Jaguar main dealer.
