Hi Peter,

Welcome to the Club.

Look on the driver's side on the left side  of footwell at about knee height, and you will see it.  Once found never forgotten!

Let me know when you find it!

Regards,

Peter.

PS. Our cars could have been next to each other on the production line.

Hi Trevor,

On a close up of the picture I think it is an earlier model, but I have posted where it is on my car.

Regards,

Peter.

PS, if we win the lottery I will get my wife one of those Mercs!  Beautiful car!

Peter,

The truth is (apart from the XKR being in the stealership ).

Tis the time of year when the wife becomes unwell ( 32nd year on the trot), all the signs are there with unusual behavior, she made me a cup of tea, cleaned the bathroom washbasin, and bought a Mercedes .

I kid ye not !

ATB,

Trevor

Charlie,

I can honestly say it is the biggest heap of Junk i've ever driven. It is like travelling inside a Tupperwear container there is so much plastic

I've had it since Thursday and have not driven it since. I will use it tomorrow when I do a quick bit of shopping early doors, and the next time I use it , will be to take it back.

I wouldn't have one if it was given to me .

The only reason I had it was because the breakdown waller didn't phone the stealership to tell them I was coming , so they had to get anything from Enterprise .

When the girl turned up with it I was flabbergasted , and it's devil's fuel !

ATB,

Trevor

trevor the cars that go up and down our roads are made of the cheapest crap you can get, i know they all have to come up to safty standards ect, but for an example. you young trevor can be safe in the fact that you have now bought one off the safest cars their is and that young trevor is a mercades benz. about 2 years ago me and my wife went to see my mother it was around lunchtime in june lovely day nice and sunny. on the way home from mums we were driving at 20mph through the small estate wer she lives, their is a small row of shops with a small car park. we were driving along next thing i know coz it was me that was driving, was a small blue citron pulled out behind a row of parked cars coming from this car park, right into our path i slamed the brakes on but we wer already to close that their was no stopping distance. bang the two cars collided. i would say that the young girl whom was driving this citron was only doing about 10mph we wer only doing 20mph it was her fault police attended ect, but her car was a total and i mean total right off. the bonnet wings even the engine had been moved back nearly into the cabin, we all got a terraible fright but all concernd were fine no injurys. THE WIFES CAR!!!!! only had scratches to the front bumper under the grill. what were you driving charlie i hear you ask. a c-class MERCADES BENZ. charlie
