Fuel Filler Cap

HI

 

My fuel filler cap won't open when the lever under the drivers seat is pulled. I have to stick a key in between the filler cap and the body then pull the lever to open the cap.

 

Is there any easy way round to adjust the operating wire(?) between the lever and the locking mechanism?

hi james I have the same thing need to look at mine sometime i have the estate  I think it can be done from inside the boot I don't know if its the same on the saloon worth a look
