Apparently, all you need is the overhead console with the garage door opener buttons and then it's plug and play.

 

Has anybody tried this retrofit please?

Have you got an electric garage door??

Think that option was for the lazy americans.

Yes, I have,

 

It's also an option for an ex serviceman who became somewhat disabled during the Falklands conflict Andy :)
