Hi, My dccv was giving me hot air out all the time out of the drivers side only. I thought it was the valve but turned out it was a broken wire on the dccv plug which powers the valve. resoldered it and now working fine. didn't suspect that at first as the plastic insulation was intact but I discovered the wire inside was broken.
