Good evening Ron

I have in fact this evening joined and if I might say looks like a pretty good place to be, I do indeed offer a headlight refurb service, Anyone interested can PM me for details and I can supply before and after pictures, I will say that the 55w 6000k hids are the best in my opinion, They give out optimum light without attracting attention from the local constabulary or the MOT tester!!! I have had them in my car now for 2 years and have refurbed countless sets without issue.

Would really appreciate information on how to get in touch - wishing to have my X type 2007 converted - local in Skipton

cheers jeff

A long shot; does anyone know/had experience with this headlight refurb service and is it still available?

My Two Pence Worth.

In a recent post i made about my recently purchased X-Type. I noticed the headlights were terbbile at night and i was having to drive with my Full Beam on as much as possible.

I purchsed new headlight bulbs " Osram Nightbreakers" as was reccomended by a fellow fourm member. And excuse the pun but the difference was night and day.

I now have a bright road ahead of mt at night.

P.S - My headlight lenses were a little dirty as well, i used and toothpaste method to clean the outside lense of the headlight and it helped greatly as well.

Hope you get sorted.
