S TYPE GEAR KNOB

Hi all,

just purchased a new gear knob as the old one was looking a little tired.

anyone know how they come off do they just unscrew as mine seems a little stiff and I don't want to break it.

Is it an auto or manual stick??

If you have the new knob that should offer some clue as to how it fits!!

Its an auto and the new one hasn't arrived yet.

I am pretty sure they just unscrew.

In that case it should just unscrew like you say.

Is there a lock nut underneath it??

If there is just back that off then give it death as it'll be stuck tight!!!
