Rear parking sensors

Hi I recently got a s type 2004 3.0se

I love the car but there's a problem with the rear parking sensor, it randomly comes on and stays on whilst driving and I have to disable it with the button by the rear view mirror to stop it buzzing. Does anyone have any ideas to fix it without it costing a fortune taking it to the garage?

I have not done the job of replacing a sensor, but have heard that it is not difficult once you have located which one it is.

Hi Brad,

 

Fairly basic method of finding out which one  --  reverse till they start to beep, and then try listening and see which one is not clicking/beeping.
