The headlining in my 1993 xj6 is coming down is there anywhere in the lancashire area that will be able to repair or fit a new one

Hi Paul, and Welcome to the club.

 

It depends on you location to find a convenient Car Trimmer, but Preston Car Trim is worth looking st.

 

I can find another one or two that I have heard of near Wigan.
