Welcome to the Club,  Bill.

Have you looked at the tube connections etc for kinks, and the jets to see if they are blocked?

That could have be the first option.

Regards

Peter.

Mine needed replacing on my S Type Bill.

Front bumper off to access the washer bottle then the pump is a simple swap over. Suggest use a generic pump rather than buying from a dealer. Price difference when I investigated was a factor of ten.

Big welcome to the JAGUAR OWNERS CLUB Bill, I would firstly agree with Peter investigating first the jets using a pin or similar then if it still hasn't cleared further investigation to the hoses, disconnect the small hose at a feasible location get someone to operate the washers and fluid should freely pump out. If it doesn't then investigate the pump firstly by checking power is getting to it, blown fuse, bad earth etc

I don't think you need to replace anything my friend, I suspect all you need to do is clean the filter where the pump slots into the bottle, Lock your steering/wheels on left and access the bottle behind the wheel arch liner on the drivers side, Pull the pump clear of the bottle and you will see a little rubber grommet/basket type thing in the hole, Remove this and give it a good wash and blow through, You will be surprised at the gunk in there!!!!! Pop it back in and all should be good.
