I should have been a brickie or a painter.

 

Yesterday I repointed the 10 rows of bricks below the white rendered part of the house.  I too me all morning.  A bricky would have taken 2 hours.

 

So far this morning I have wire brushed it down and started painting it black.  It will take me most of the day.

 

I have probably saved £150 by doing the job myself.

 

Why is it that the expertise I have people expect  for nothing?
