Yeah, can hardly wait, going off to the lakes 2nd week of September so really looking forward to guiding the "Lady Kate" around Keswick and Windermere. Be very interesting comparing the fords I've had over the years to the Jag.

All the best,

Hi Dave,

We had a week in the Lakes last years for my 80th Birthday.  The weather was good and it was so enjoyable taking a Jaguar over some of the passes!

Regards,

Peter.

Hello Pete,  I've brought the "Lady Kate " home today and I can only say she's fantastic. Been going to the lakes regulary over the past 50years and never got tired of the atmosphere there. I can hardly wait till September. Wrynose Pass and Hollister Pass are my favorites

All the best

Hi Dave,

I first saw the Lake District in 1946, - camping in Ambleside with the Scouts.  Since then I have walked over the fells from one end to the other, cycled and motorcycled over the roads, went there on our honeymoon, and visited on many occasions.  When we had the caravan we went at least once a year. Once you have seen the Lake District, you are grabbed by its splendour .
