Recommended Oil

Ive just checked Oil and noticed it was very low. I have put some 5W-30 in...

 

is that ok for these engines ?

That is the Oil I use [as recommended byJaguar] in my 2.7D.

Cool, I went and bought Castrol 5w-30 should be ok in my V6 Petrol then ?

It should be, Chris.   It is good stuff.

 

But if you want a definitive check from the experts have a look at Opie Oils Website as you can put in the car details and they will tell you the Oil best suited.
