Seat Upgrade

Hi all,

I recently bought a full interior from a 2012 model XF and thought I would fit it into my 2008 model, the problem is the "newer" front seats come with 6 plugs and my car only has 3 plugs, is there anybody out there who knows how to make these seats work in my car, thanks

Hi Brian, and welcome to the club.

 

I am afraid I don't know the XF, but setting that apart there could be some owners with the electrical knowledge and expertise.  I would guess that the wiring system could be common in all model years, unless Jaguar are getting out of the habit of fitting universal wiring looms.

Three of the plugs go to the seat climate control module. The other three should be the same as your old ones
