2.2D Remap OBD flash or Bench Flash?

Hello everyone. 

 

I am looking into getting my 2.2D X-Type remapped but my local performance tuning company have gave me two options; An OBD flash or a bench flash. I am not entirely sure what the difference is and which one would be more beneficial to me. I just want more pooowweerr!! ;).

 

If anybody can enlighten me on the subject that would be great. I don't want the company to just flog me the most expensive thing they got haha! Any help would be appreciated.
