Hi Glyn,

 

I looked up some figures a year or so ago, and the total number was about 340,000, and about 150,000 went to the USA and Canada, with about another 50,000 into Europe and the erstwhile colonies.  The Dutch and the Germans liked them!

 

That left about 150,000 in the UK.
