Hi I'm new to this forum

Basically I have an xtype 3.0v6 with the p1646 error code replaced the sensor it's still there

Checked the wires ect all ok so I believe it's the Ecu and was wondering if I got an Ecu that all the numbers ect match mine would it be a straight swap or would it need programming ?

Welcome to the club, Jamie.

 

I think someone with the appropriate knowledge will be along, but at a guess, I would say that it would need reprogramming.

 

There is a very good independent expert in Doncaster listed in the Jaguar Owners Lounge.
