x350 sound issue

Hi All, Newbie here,

Anyone got any ideas about a sound issue I have?

My XJ6 X350 has only muffled sound on the Sat Nav and no sound from the head unit, Phone or CDC.

Fibre optics all seem to be working as all modules seem to be communicating.

Any help or Ideas would be appreciated.
