Hi guys,
Been lurking on here for a few months now since i got my car and just wanted to quickly introduce myself.
I've been mainly a Ford man since ive been driving. Owned most the classics from XR and RS range but always said to the wife I wanted a Jag when i retire. A few years from that now but came across this S type from a bloke I work with by chance. He practically gave it away as he wanted rid of it due to some issues the car has.
Like i said have been on here doing some research and found a lot of great advice to point me in the right direction. Thanks.
Here is what i know so far
Both rear suspension arms worn (rear tyres worn on inner edge)
ABS and DSC warning lights (only came on recently after previous owner was forced to make an emergency stop)
Damp in rear footwells.
And some smaller issues like the steering column adjusts when it feels like it and wheels a bit scabby with one missing the centre cap.
Anyhow rest is very good. Here are some pics.

Welcome to the club, Tony.

The S Type is a very nice car and in my opinion is a future classic.

Nice to see you enjoy the Club.

Regards,

Peter.
