Car will not start??

Hello, I've recently bought the td x type on a 04 plate (2weeks ago in fact) all of a sudden the engine won't crank and the battery is new as well as the starter motor. Has anyone else suffered this? I think it's a immobiliser issue? Can anyone please give me some advice?

Hi Brandon, and welcome to the club.

I think you are right concerning the immobiliser  --  it is certainly a key fob fault.

It might be worth disconnecting the battery for a minute or so.  It might need the key fob getting reprogrammed.
