What is the right (and best position and method) to fit a leaper on my x

X type 2004 2.5 SE thanks am new to forum

I have one that I fitted myself and it looks great and more like a Jaguar if you know what I mean

If you look under the bonnet you will see a hole as a guide in the strengthening bar "BUT" be

careful as it may not be exactly in the middle of the bonnet so small drill first then open the hole

to the center you will see what I mean it will only be about 1/8 inch out if that .???

Welcome to the Club, Reg.

I have a stick on leaper on my S Type.  Very sturdy, and will come of if necessary. And it saves drilling.
