Hi Dave,

My grandchildren had car seats in my car when they were young, I forget what make they were but they didn't mark the leather seats in my Rover. They were the seat belt style of fastening.

Regards,

Peter.

Thanks Peter, its for my grandchildren too, isofix seems a good system but looks a  tight fit on the seats. I think I will probably go for as you did a seat belt type of securing.

We also made a mark on the door as an indication of the height they needed to be before they did not need the booster seats than come after the posher seats.

I also put a piece of that rubber stuff that stops the seats sliding around under the seats.

They will grow up quicker than you think.

Regards,

Peter.

Thanks Pete,

The rubber mat to stop the seat slipping is a good idea. With the twins we should be able to make one door mark for future growth.

Will start shopping around  this week probably.

Regards

Dave
