Double Whammy!

Morning All

I'll try to make this brief 

Got to my caravan last night, after about half hour decided to move her a little further back from the road, then noticed these couple of things  (pics below) firstly how on earth has this trim just decided to un-clip itself? I think someone has had a go at it, anyhow does anyone know how to fix back into place? Does it clip in, or do I have to take it all off, and slide it back on, hopefully you can see the White fittings.

Secondly, I noticed fresh Oil on the concrete (the smaller darker blob) there was actually two patches, but it's unlikely you can make out the other, slightly to the left of the obvious one. The larger patch seemed more liquid than Oil, under the car you should just about be able to make out the larger 'stain' again this looks more liquidy than oily, I will check levels later when it gets warmer, the temperature gauge last night was absolutely fine, rock solid in the middle. Anyway I'll update on my findings a little later in regard to levels, hopefully without to much to be concerned about

Checked fluid levels, coolant just below minimum, Oil border line minimum, in fairness not checked for 6 months or so, clips for trim, look like they have just deteriated due to age, but no idea on how to replace, they look like they are pinned / riveted to the door

Couple of questions, does your car normally do short runs and was this journey a longer than usual one ? 

Is the oily liquid slightly red in colour ?

Always short journeys, the journey was not any longer than normal. the smaller blobs were definitely Oil, dark /  black in colour, the larger blob was not oily or antifreeze coloured, more dirty dishwasher water colour. The pictures I have posted are about 12 hours old, from my first observation, so of course the concrete has absorbed the drips

Ahh, OK Steve, not what I thought, probably need a poke around to see where it's coming from. Had a similar thing on mine a couple of weeks ago and it was a water pump gasket, fortunately an easy fix.

hope it's nothing serious.
