Drivers in London are completely mad.  They do not appear to know how to work indicators, and seem to think that overtaking in a narrow road with parked cars either side is an achievement.  And getting to traffic lights in front of you seems to be a necessary achievement.  And don't get me on to cyclists!  It is no wonder so many are involved in accidents.

And there must have been more people injured in Blackwall tunnel than in the mining industry.  Mad!  And Spaghetti Junction is easy compared with that!

I find the same around here in Birmingham. Not many people use islands correctly, people don't indicate, people tailgate no matter what speed you seem to be doing, people speeding in and out of traffic only to get stuck at the lights anyway etc.. and never a copper in sight when any of it is happening!
