Hi,

Does anyone knows if is necessary to programme the injectors after my mechanic take them out? He don't remember the original position. In this car is that necessary or he is smart enough?

Help please

Not sure about your car specifically Jorge, but replacing injectors in original positions is normally good practice, but they are generally identical, so you should get away with it if he doesn't remember. I'd be suspicious of his quality of work or experience if he's made such a basic mistake though. I don't think there is specific programming for injectors, but I could be wrong.

Good luck, Russ

That was my tought also... but now I can't do nothing...

I read a lot about it and some people tell that JLR SDD does the job (I tried but I dont' find that function) other people tell me that there is no need... so... I'm in doubt... but in my car dashboard the engine light still in yellow :(...

Thanks anyway...

Hi Have you got the car back and is it running ok
