Hello everyone from this newbie. I have been a lifetime lover of all things Jaguar and have previously owned an x type estate 2.0 litre diesel which I owned for 7 years and enjoyed it ever single time I drove it, even though it cost me quite a bit of money in repairs, particularly replacing the injector jets on more than one occasion.

I recently traded it in and blew the retirement money on a 3 litre XF Sportbrake and am struggling to wipe the smile off my face. What is it about sitting in a Jag that makes you feel so alive, perhaps we could bottle it and sell it as a 'pick me up'.

I look forward to ongoing involvement with the club and wish everyone happy Jaguar motoring.

Welcome to the Club, Mike.

Driving a Jaguar makes an older person much younger.

The Sportbrake is a great car and it is a pity it was discontinued.

Just enjoy!

Regards,

Peter.
