S-Type headlight upgrade

Has anybody tried Philips Diamond Vision headlight bulbs on an S-Type please?

Hi Paul,

I had heard that those bulbs were not legal in the UK for road usage.

I have done a bit of night driving lately and while the s type headlights are OK on the main well lit roads, they leave something to be desired one the lanes.

I am thinking of the ones you have mentioned - Osram.

I fitted some in peugeot, there a bit brighter and have slightly blue light off them, there no where near as bright as HID bulbs

don't think there worth the £20 most are selling for
