I have a 2013 XF. I noticed this morning that I have a amber triangle under the S after the drive gear. I can't pull the message up. Can someone explain this to me?

I know the pre facelift had a triangle warning displayed in S mode. I have not seen this on the facelift model if its a warning that a fault requires attention it should also be repeated at the top of the centre screen on home menu which if touched should give a reason? The only other normal amber triangle would if forward alert was being used (shown on my speedo)
