Dear All,

I just wanted to introduce myself having recently purchased a 2010 3.0d XF Premium Luxury. Not my first Jaguar having had a 2004 S Type SE 4.2L and 1999 XJ8 4.0 sport. Certainly my first Oil burner though. Ironically as I write this I am waiting for the dealer I purchased it from to compete a repair on the instrument cluster, due to faulty speedo needle not illuminating, a slight common fault pre 2011/12 models I'm told? Other than that I am head over heals with it and can't wait to get it back, the loan BMW is not my cuppa.

Anyway hope to give some valuable contribution with my ownership and look forward to reading others, the forum is a first for me.

Kind Regards

Lee

Hi Lee , welcome to the club . You certainly like your big Jag's , can't fault you . I'm surprised you have only just found the club . I have been a member of a few owners clubs over the years and have found this one the best so far with plenty of friendly and very helpful members on here . I'm sure you will enjoy it .

Regards ,

Andy .

Thanks Andrew, I do and that's my fathers fault entirely, he has had them since my childhood. As for the forum, never thought to join before, but I am glad I have now, and this one.

Lee

Your experience with Jaguars will be of great assistance to the members, as sharing experience and knowledge is fundamental to the Club's success.

Hi Lee, welcome to the Club!

I can well understand how much you lik your XF: I had the 3.0D S Portfolio, and it was brilliant. Oil burners have come on a very long way.
