Bonnet cable snapped

Hi all the bonnet cable has snapped on my X-TYPE does anyone know what or how I can get on the bonnet to fix it

Hi

The cable goes to the two catches on the slam panel, it goes to one latch, straight through to the other latch

on the x-type you can jack it up, reach up from under neath and move the catch mechanism to one side and open it, then do the other side as well,
