Removal of Rigid plastic panel in the Boot

Hi, help with this would be much appreciated. How do I remove the long black rigid plastic panel that fits across the inside of boot between the rear light clusters. The panel has a hole in the top center which the boot latch keep pokes out of..

I have removed the carpet panel over the spare wheel and removed all the visible black screws and clips. The lower part of the panel is loose now but the top part is still fast. I can not see any screws or anything else that can be holding it. I have tried pulling at it but nothing gives. A bit wary of pulling too hard.
