I've got a problem with the flexible rubber air inlet hoses (which connect the plastic 'scoops' under the bonnet to the injection manifold, I think) in that they keep coming off (uncoupled).  The resultant sound is like a blowning exhaust, but things go quiet again when they are re-coupled.  I did have a new flexible front pipe fitted about a month ago, and the rubber pipes might have been disturbed then, but my non-technical mind says that there also appears to be a need for some clamps or bands (probably like a thin metal very large jubilee clips or something) to hold them securely in place once pushed over the injector manifold end, which are obviously not there at present - and I suspect is the reason they are coming uncoupled.  Can anyone give me some advice as to whether I'm on the right track, and how I go about fixing the problem, please.  (Be gentle, I'm really not very technical!).  Very many thanks.  Graham

I did try removing them & soaking in hot water & stretching them out thinking they would stay there, but no different. Tried tie-wraps but not strong enough, so 2 screws in each, not moved since!
