Hi All,

Having previously owned an S Type, and failing to run it into the ground over eight years and 120,000 miles, despite a blown gearbox, I recently decided, god help me, to buy another to ease me into my later years. So I have acquired a low mileage 3.0SE with a nod to somewhat limiting my carbon contributions by not going down the R road, much as I may have been tempted. I am now looking forward to a gentler pace but with some muscle when the spirit takes me.

Cheers.

Welcome too the Club, Srephen.

S types keep you younger. I was 79 when I bought mine, and I have had 4 years of great pleasure - and untroubled by any serious problem.

Regards,

Peter.
