Hi all have just got a 2.2 diesel and have got a problem. The glow plug light came and then lost power. Managed to get the car home. This was yesterday. Gone to the car this morning and it will not start at all. Engine fires but dies rigth away. The car has only 45k on clock. Can any help point me in the right direction to solve this problem thankyou

Hi Kevin, and welcome to the club.

Possibly a fuel  or fuel system problem. A blockage in the fuel system or the fuel pump is not working   It could be worth contacting the dealer from whom you bough the car  --  ask if the car has been standing idle for a longish period.
