Hi Shaun and welcome to the club.

It is a battery problem.

First get your radio code, and then disconnect your battery for a minute. Make sure the ignition is switched off and the key is in your pocket.

Then connect the battery, and you will probably get the alarm sound, so switch it off.

The fault should have cleared. You will have to reset your radio and the windows setting.

I would also check the condition of your battery, and if it is around five years old, you will need to get a new one.
