Single Press on Door button or Fob not folding mirrors

Hi

I have a 2011 XF S Portfolio. For the last 3 years I've been able to press either the drivers door button or the Fob lock ONCE and it would lock both the doors and fold the mirrors. 

Now for some reason I need to double press the fob for this to happen.

Everywhere I read says that the mirrors fold when it goes into double lock mode which you need to press twice within 3 secs either Fob or door button.

But no information about how I previously was able to use it. 

How can I get it back in this mode?

 Check you’ve got it set so doors and mirrors lock and fold on single click. You may have disabled it in ‘Settings’.
