Just a quickie.

How easy/difficult is it to change the front Oil seal on the 1966 4.2ltr MK10 engine?

I've seen on various exploded diagrams that it fits 1/2 in the block and 1/2 in the sump giving the impression it needs to be changed with the sump off.  Is it possible to just pry the old one out and press the new one in?

Any help greatfully received.
