No brake lights!!

I've had my 97 XK8 for 4 1/2 years and am experiencing brake light

problems for the second time.  Brake switch works, wiring checks out, bulbs good

but, no brake lights!!  Won't drive her in traffic for fear of being rear ended.

Anyone with a similar problem and maybe a solution??

Scared to drive in South Beach.

I understand your problem andI would feel the same about driving in traffic.

You seemed to have checked everything, but have you checked the fuse and the earthing or if any slight corrosion on the Bulb sockets ?

Tends to be the earth on the circuit board. 🙂
