Parking sensor problem

When I put car into reverse gear, get continuous  sound,  even when there is nothing within 50 yards of it. Any idea'????

hi

its most probably a duff sensor,

if I remember right if you put your ear to the parking sensor it makes a clicking noise, all 4 should click, in revese, they work like sonar

may be worth checking the module as well in the boot tyre well, some cars are prone to letting water in and damaging the module
