Where am I going wrong

New to the forum but not to jags, I’ve had 2 x types (Mondeo in a pretty dress) and changed the head unit with no issues now the proud owner of an s type 3.0 with 65k on the clock but when I changed the hu the alarm keeps going off, so had to change it back, am I missing something or doing something wrong ?

 

any help or advice would be apreciated
