Radio upgrade to touch screen satnav

Hi guys, is it possible to use touch screen sat nav just for radio and climate control. 

I dont have changer and dvd player in trunk at all, but would love to change radio for touch screen.

Will it work just for radio and climate, tenx for answer and help.

Hi there, it's not a straight forward swap as the plugs are different on the touchscreen display.

I make custom looms for  £80. They allow you to install the dvd player in the glove box and then it will work. 

The screen uses the dvd player for all its graphics, without it you wouldn't be able to use the screen.
