XK8 Rear wheel bearing adjust?replace

Hi there

Newbie to the forum, and owner of 1997 XK8, purchased the car as a project, and it feels like both rear wheel bearings need either adjustment or replacing.

i know the front bearings are a one piece, and difficult to replace, but i can't find anything about the rear wheel bearing even in the downloaded repair manual i have.

can anyone give advice, or point me in the right direction
