I don't often use my SatNav but today I noticed it was way out of date. Is there anyway to update the maps? I don't really want to leave a CD in the changer.

Hi Nick, 

Jon is quite right.  You can update the Disc for about £25 --  Just google Sat Nav Updates and you will find several sites selling the updated version.
