2009 x type rear bumper removal

Its in the title really, the rear bumper on my new/latest x type seems to have come away the bottom part from the top part! but only in the middle, it wasn't noticeable until my local garage mechanic said "that needs popping back In" does anyone know or have diagrams as to how the rear bumper assembly comes apart

No, but I can tell you from personal experience that thumping it doesn't work
