Xf rear window fault

Have a problem with the off side rear window, if I press the widow control and hold it for a second the window will go all the way down, but when I try the same action when closing it will only go up if I continuously hold the switch, also same on the smart key if I hold the lock button for the 3 seconds all the other windows close apart from the off side rear, any suggestions please? Thanks Roy
