On the default XF message centre display there is to be found a circle with a dot on the circumference shown just below the transmission icons.

Can somebody tell me what it means please?

Hi Paul,

Not 100% sure, but I think it indicates the position of the gear selector knob in the centre console.

Well. This is awkward!

Was kinda confident about the gear selector position stuff, but just been out and mine doesn't even have the dot!
