HI Paul... Its an Audio amplifier assy or something like that... Used for dealing with signals and the like from the DVD, AMP and TV (If fitted)

Thanks Alex. I found the part number. It does seem to be  a sort of auidio switching device. Did you get my text regarding Voice?
