Hi David.....welcome to the Forum

You could try running a cleaning disc through the player and see if that improves it>

Hi Trevor

Bought CD cleaner kit & ran this several times through CD player - no improvement.

Jaguar dealer then confirmed software issue causing CD to stick. Been in dealers three time to update software & each time no improvement seen

Really annoying as sticks for 20 to 30 seconds several times on each CD
